As a human development expert and teacher, I help people have knowledge of their own power, how to access it and use it for greater connection with themselves and others.

I love one on one coaching. It is my true joy to share your journey with you bringing to light the energies, thoughts, trauma and repetitive emotional looping embedded in the behavior patterns operating in your life.

I am constantly amazed at what is revealed when we explore inwardly together, and begin to see just how astoundingly intelligent our own deep subconscious patterns truly are.  I am deeply fulfilled by what I do, and feel deep reverence and adoration for the people I do it with.

As we work together, I support you in exposing the residue of trauma and dysfunctional behavior patterns in your system and guide you towards full liberation of those patterns, so you may be effortlessly yourself, totally liberated in all your humanity.

I see your present life experiences and way of functioning in energetic detail to provide awareness of what is fundamentally motivating your feelings about yourself, how you relate to others and the world around you.

I assist you in reclaiming your free choice and sovereignty, so you can feel capable and confident to express and create in the world what is most rewarding for you.

Monthly Coaching

• Four coaching sessions with me (generally 45 - 90 minutes) by video conference or phone.
• Unlimited email correspondence. 

My coaching is not for the faint of heart.

Our work together is a commitment toward radical responsibility and personal empowerment in service of resolving victimhood, helplessness and fear.  I will accompany you on the path toward reclamation and embodiment of your own sovereign power of which choice is a defining feature. No one can take away our capacity to create and command our experience. The story we tell ourselves holds us hostage, or sets us free.
